 ADDLETHORPE PARISH COUNCIL

 NOTICE OF MEETING

 Notice of Annual Council meeting to be held on Monday, 18th May 2026 at 7.30pm at St Peter’s Main Hall, High Street, Ingoldmells.

This notice summons all members of the Council to attend or submit their apologies to the Clerk at the earliest opportunity.

AGENDA

Chairman’s welcome

The Council meeting will commence at 19.30 hours or at the closure of the public forum whichever is the sooner.

Statutory Duties

01. Election of Chairman – signing of declaration of acceptance of office

02. Election of Vice Chairman – signing of declaration of acceptance of office

03. To appoint members to the following committees:-

  1. Cemetery Committee
  2. Spokesperson for PCC meetings 

Ongoing Business

04.      To receive any apologies for absence

05.      To receive any declarations of interest in accordance with the Localism Act 2011 and to consider any requests for dispensation

06.     To consider any amendments necessary to Councillors Disclosure of Pecuniary Interest forms

07.      To accept the Minutes of the 21st April 2026 meeting as a true record

08.      To receive reports from outside bodies and from other meetings:

                     a.       Reports from LCC and ELDC councillors

                     b.       Reports from Parish councillors, external meetings or correspondence

09.      Financial matters, current:

          a.       accounts paid report

          b.       expenditures anticipated

          c.       bank account balances as at 30th April 2026

          d.       signing of the 25/26 AGAR for the Auditor & next years meeting dates
