Addlethorpe Parish Council Meeting
The Ordinary Meeting of the parish Council will take place on Tuesday 12th October at 19:30 in the small hall, St. Peters Hall, High Street, Ingoldmells. Councillors are hereby summonsed to attend. There will be a 15-minute public forum when members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council. Members of the public are welcome to view for the remainder of the meeting, with the exceptions of closed sessions, but they may not speak on any matter after the public session is closed. Times are approximate.

To receive introductory remarks from the Chairman
2. Public session
An opportunity for the public to ask the Council questions and to bring new observations.
3. Apologies for absence
To receive and approve apologies for absence.
4. Declarations of interest
To receive declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011.
Members must declare any personal interest in any item on the agenda and state whether they are also prejudiced. In the case of personal interest, the member may speak and vote on the matter. In the case of prejudicial interests, the member must withdraw while the matter is discussed.
5. Draft Minutes of the Ordinary meeting held on 14th September, 2021
To confirm the notes as a true record of the decisions made.
6. Clerks report and action points from the previous minutes
To receive the clerks report and deal with matters arising.
7. Reports from External Agencies
To receive reports from LCC and ELDC Cllr. Colin Davie.

To receive financial reports and updates.

To receive and discuss applications.

To receive and discuss an update on the footpath situation

To receive and discuss an update on the village green

To discuss recruitment plans for a new parish clerk
13. Addlethorpe Bus Shelter
To discuss actions to be taken with regard to the Bus Shelter.
14. Notice board for Village Green
To discuss the possibility of installing a notice board on the village green.

To discuss options for obtaining funds from the Welcome Back Fund.
