You are hereby summoned to attend the monthly meeting of Addlethorpe Parish Council which will be held on Tuesday 8th June 2021 at 7.30p.m. in the small hall, St Peters Hall, High Street, Ingoldmells. The business to be dealt with at the meeting is listed in the agenda.

There will be a 15 minute public forum between 7.30p.m. and 7.45p.m. when members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council and your attendance is also requested during this period.

a) Councillor M. Holyer has requested a slot to discuss the Cemetery Committee.
6) Clerk’s report on matters outstanding
a) Closure of the footpath between Rectory Lane and St Nicholas Church. Application forms for the footpath to be added to the ‘Definitive Map’ require agreement and completion before submission to L.C.C. and supporting documentation requires agreement.
Several supporting documents have already been supplied to councillors and copies of further documents found in archiving recently are also attached.

11)To consider planning applications:
a) Coastfields Leisure Ltd: Erection of 39 holiday lodges on site of part of existing Golf Course, extension and alterations to existing clubhouse to provide a reception, terrace and shop. Excavation of land to form a feature lake, provision of a crazy golf area, viewing platform, pumping station and associated parking.
Land: Addlethorpe Golf Course, Chapel Lane.

The deadline for comments on this application is 8th June. The clerk has secured an extension to the 9th June to allow the Parish Council discussion of this application.
b) Countrywide Park Homes Ltd: Section 73 application to vary condition 2 of permission reference S/008/00850/20 (approved plans) and in turn increase the number of units on site to 150.
